Are you ready to come home to your body?
Your body holds more capacity for pleasure, connection, and aliveness than you may have ever been shown. Whether you are navigating a specific sexual difficulty, curious about your own erotic landscape, or simply seeking the embodied education you never received — this work offers a professional, ethical, and deeply supportive space to explore.
Sessions are available for women, men, non-binary individuals, and couples.
What is Somatic Sexological Bodywork?
Somatic sexological bodywork is an evidence-informed, body–based practice that combines education, breathwork, somatic awareness, and mindful touch to support sexual health, healing, and growth. It is recognised as a regulated profession overseen by the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia (SSEAA), and practitioners work within a strict code of professional ethics.
Valeria is a certified somatic sexological bodyworker, trained through the Institute of Somatic Sexology and a current member of the SSEAA.
Unlike talk-based therapy, sexological bodywork addresses the body directly — because many sexual patterns, blocks, and experiences are held in the body itself, not just in the mind. Learning happens through direct experience, not only through conversation.

What sexological bodywork can help with:
Challenges and concerns
- Low libido or loss of desire
- Difficulty reaching orgasm (anorgasmia)
- Pain or discomfort during sex
- Vaginismus
- Erectile dysfunction
- Early or delayed ejaculation
- Sexual anxiety and shame
- Negative body image
- Scar tissue remediation
- Rehabilitation after medical procedures, illness, or trauma
Growth and exploration
- Accessing more sensation, pleasure, and arousal
- Expanding your experience of orgasm
- Genital mapping and body awareness
- Building a confident, empowering self-pleasure practice
- Staying present and embodied during intimacy
- Exploring your erotic blueprint
- Adapting to changes in sexuality with age or life transitions
In-Person Sessions
All new clients complete a confidential intake form before their first session. This allows us to establish your history, intentions, and any relevant health information before we begin. The intake is a one-time process, subsequent sessions move directly into the work.
Each session is client–led. You set the pace, the direction, and the boundaries. Nothing happens without your informed consent, and consent is checked in with throughout.
How a session works

Upon arrival
We begin with a grounded check-in to discuss what you are bringing to the session – your intentions, any questions, and what feels relevant for you that day.

We then move into the bodywork …
… which may include breathwork, somatic movement, body awareness exercises, and mindful touch. Touch is always one-way — from practitioner to client only — and gloves are worn for all genital and anal touch, in accordance with SSEAA professional standards.

At the close of the session …
… we take time for integration, reflecting on what arose and how to carry it forward.
Sessions draw on modalities including breathwork, body mapping, genital mapping, arousal anatomy education, scar tissue remediation, and mindful erotic practice, tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Session Length & Investment Standard session 60 minutes $150 NZD | Extended session 90 minutes | $230 NZD
