What is Tantra?
Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition that invites us to experience life more fully through awareness, presence, meditation and embodied connection. Rather than rejecting the physical world, Tantra teaches that the body, emotions, breath, energy, and senses can all be gateways to healing, self‑discovery, and awakening.
In modern practice, it’s called Neo-Tantra and it is often used as a path to deepen intimacy, expand consciousness, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with oneself and others. While Neo-Tantra can include sexuality, it is not about performance or techniques—it is about slowing down, listening, and connecting with life energy (often called Shakti) in a mindful and respectful way. At its heart, Tantra is a practice of remembering wholeness: integrating body, heart, mind, and spirit into everyday life.
What is a Tantric massage? and how is it different than a sensual massage?
A Tantric massage is a slow, mindful, and energy-focused bodywork that awakens and circulates life force throughout the body. Unlike a sensual massage, which focuses mainly on physical pleasure, Tantric massage uses touch, breath, and presence to create a deeper sense of embodiment, relaxation, and energetic awakening.
During a Tantric massage are we both naked ? Can I touch you ? Is sex welcomed in a booking with you?
Tantric massage is a healing and energy-based bodywork, not a sexual service. While nudity may be part of creating comfort and openness, I will keep my underwear on. Sexual activity is not part of a session, and all touch is professional, safe, and consent-based.
What is Somatic Sexological Bodywork?
Somatic Sexological Bodywork is a body-based educational approach that helps you explore and deepen your sexuality, pleasure, and embodiment. Using touch, breath, and awareness, the body becomes a tool for learning and growth. Sessions are client-directed, with the practitioner offering one-way erotic touch in a safe, professional container — always clothed and using gloves for genital touch. This approach allows you to experience arousal and pleasure without partnered pressure or cultural expectations, supporting greater presence, self-awareness, and vitality in your body.
I am certified in Sexological Bodywork from the Institute of Somatic Sexology Australia (ISS) and informed by the practices of the Code of Conduct & Ethics of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia.

Key points:
- Practitioner remains clothed: maintaining clear professional boundaries.
- Client-directed: you guide the session according to your needs.
- One-way erotic touch (me ⇨ you): the practitioner’s touch is educational and supportive.
- Gloves are used for genital touch: ensuring hygiene and professionalism.
What happens in a Somatic Sexological Bodywork session?
Each session begins with a check-in to clarify your goals, challenges, and questions. Once your intentions are clear, I offer somatic practices to support your exploration, including touch meditations, movement, breathwork, awareness exercises, or sensation rituals — always with your consent. You are in complete control, choosing what to try and what to decline. Sessions conclude with reflection and discussion, including ideas for home practices to continue your growth and learning.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, I work with couples who wish to explore intimacy, connection, and sexual embodiment together. Sessions are tailored to support both partners’ learning and growth, with exercises designed to enhance communication, presence, and pleasure in a safe, respectful, and client-directed way. Boundaries, consent, and professional guidelines are always maintained.
Where do you work from?
I work from Auckland in a private, clean, and dedicated studio space designed for tantric and somatic work. Tantric massage sessions can be held on a bed or massage table, while sexological bodywork sessions take place on a massage table. The space includes a shower and bathroom, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment.
I also travel around the country, selecting clean, private spaces with easy parking for sessions. I do not work in hotels or motels, and sessions are usually held in apartments or private studios that meet professional and safety standards.
